Reports To: Director of Sales

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Job Description:

The Practice Advocate will work to maintain and cultivate business opportunities by calling current Lunovus physician offices located in their designated territories. This individual will recognize Practice needs to increase sales of company products. The Practice Advocate will also develop and maintain trusted relationships with decision makers and other key buyers within the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call each of the physician offices with their designated territories, with an expectation of 60 to 80 calls per day
  • Close additional purchases of products and services
  • Process incoming sales orders.
  • Enter new customer information into database as needed.
  • Address Practice issues or concerns.
  • Optimize sales opportunities by listening and learning about physician practice and upsell and cross-sell.
  • Act as support for Territory Sales Reps in the field in coordination of territory practices
  • Work with various departments to fulfill orders, sample requests, account changes
  • Use CRM to track calls and sales

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in a sales role cold calling professional offices
  • 1-3 years in a call center environment, focused on customer service and support
  • Critical thinker with excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving ability who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrives in a fast moving, hands-on environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency
  • Experience with CRM applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
  • High energy level, positive, and enthusiastic
