What is PrivateFill exactly?
PrivateFill auto-ships the brands you already recommend (PreserVision, MacuHealth, EyePromise, ScienceBased Health and others) directly to your patients every month. Same brand, same dose, same clinical recommendation. The difference: you earn a commission on every reorder instead of losing it to Amazon.
Is PrivateFill a private label?
No. The patient receives the exact brand the doctor recommended. PreserVision is still PreserVision. We do not repackage or substitute; we handle the recurring auto-ship and pay you the commission on every reorder.
Why would I switch from selling these brands in the office?
You do not have to. PrivateFill captures the patients who would otherwise reorder online (most of them). You keep your walk-in supplement sales; PrivateFill catches the 70% or more who reorder elsewhere. Same patient, both revenue streams.
What brands are available?
Any brand your practice currently recommends. PrivateFill is not tied to a fixed catalog: we handle the monthly fulfillment and shipping of the supplements you already prescribe. How does the practice get paid on PrivateFill?
Commission is paid monthly by direct deposit with an itemized statement. The rate varies by brand (about 10% to 25% of retail) and is itemized on your monthly statement.
What if a patient wants to change brands?
Patients can switch brands or pause auto-ship at any time through their account, and the practice can update the recommendation through the practice portal. If you move a patient from one brand to another, the auto-ship follows the new clinical decision.
How is this different from Doc2Home?
Doc2Home auto-ships Lunovus’s own formulas; practices typically use it for patients without a strong brand preference. PrivateFill auto-ships established branded products patients already recognize. Most practices run both: Doc2Home for new recommendations, PrivateFill for patients already on a branded product.
