No. Order as few or as many boxes as you need. Orders of 12 or more boxes, in any combination of powers and expiration dates, ship free; orders of fewer than 12 boxes ship for a flat $15.00.

It is the date printed on the carton. Each power lists every date we have in stock and how many boxes are left with that date, so you choose the date you want. Your order, the confirmation and the invoice all show the date on every line, and your boxes ship from that carton.

Shipping to your practice is free on orders of 12 or more boxes. On smaller orders it is a flat $15.00. The order panel shows your shipping as you add boxes, and you see it again before you pay.

Choose a power, choose an expiration date, enter the boxes and add it to your order. Then pick the next power or date from the same lists and add that too. Each line in your order shows the power, the expiration date and the number of boxes.

Right after you pick your powers: Continue to checkout takes you to a guest checkout (no account needed) where you enter your name, practice address and card. Stock comes off when the payment goes through. Prefer to order by phone? Call 205-969-8500.

Stock is live. If a date runs out before you finish, we tell you how many are left so you can adjust your order.
